Janice Ball
Commercial Property Management Accounts Manager
Jan joined Primmer Olds B.A.S from Harcourts, being brought in as Commercial Property Management Accounts Manager, to work within the Commercial Property Management team.
Jan has over 27 years’ experience in the property management sector working largely with residential block management service charge accounting and residential management and main responsibilities were overseeing the service charge budgets, liaising with accountants, client accounting, VAT Returns, Non-resident Landlord Taxation together with all office accounting, as required.
Outside of work, Jan enjoys running with the Itchen Spitfires and being outside.
