Acquisition of a new leasehold on the site of Former Ford Factory
Primmer Olds B.A.S are pleased to have been involved in the acquisition of a new leasehold distribution unit extending to circa 50,000 sqft on behalf of local occupier & established market leader in its field, Paul Murray Health & Beauty. Negotiations have been concluded on Unit 3 of this new 358,120 sqft Industrial/Logistics development at J5 of the M27 on the site of the Former Ford Factory close to Southampton Airport.
Primmer Olds BAS were retained by the occupier to assist in
identifying and the agreement of terms for a new purpose built facility to
enable their growth plans. The company which has been established on the
Chandlers Ford Industrial Estate for decades will be merging operations from
several buildings on the estate when complete.
