Completion of New Jaguar Land Rover Dealership in Swindon
On behalf of clients, Cambria Automobiles Plc , Primmer Olds B.A.S have project managed the development works for their new Jaguar Land Rover vehicle dealership in Swindon, Wiltshire.
As project managers, Primmer Olds B.A.S was instructed in relation to the demolition of an existing multi-brand vehicle dealership and then the construction of a new 4,130 sq m Jaguar Land Rover retail showroom, 18 bay vehicle workshop and associated offices and staff facilities at a cost of circa £7.5 million.
The development follows the client’s purchase of the Land Rover business from TH White in Wootton Bassett and the relocation to this new improved location, consolidating both Jaguar and Land Rover in to one modern dealership facility.
