Do I buy or do I lease?
Primmer Olds BAS are pleased to be working in partnership with NatWest Bank to deliver an informative short seminar on the Pro’s & Con’s of either buying or leasing commercial property. The talk is aimed as business owners/managers who may be at that crossroads of needing more space and considering which route is best for them personally and the business. We will look at the strengths, opportunities and weaknesses each route presents and how important it is to consider them in the context of your own situation.
We will also cover some aspects of buying for investment, linked to occupation such as buying in a personal pension or company and leasing back to a trading entity.
The talk will be provided by Director, Duane Walker who has over twenty years’ experience in leasing, selling and acquiring commercial property for businesses in the Hampshire area. He is well placed to point out some of the pitfalls of each road and highlight some of the items a business should put on their agenda when making this crucial decision.
NatWest will also provide information on the funding options available to businesses, not only from a property purchase perspective but also in relation to business finance for expansion.
The event will be held at NatWest’s office in Chandlers Ford, Hampshire, which are well connected and have easy access for visitors with parking.
