Primmer Olds B.A.S are seeking to recruit two positions within their expanding Building Consultancy team.
The positions advertised are for a Senior Project Manager and a Chartered Building Surveyor.
We are a Multi-Disciplined Chartered Surveying practice whose Building Consultancy department provides Building Surveying and Cost Consultancy, Design and Project Management services nationwide for a wide portfolio of clients. The projects range from £15,000 to £10,000,000 across a wide range of sectors including education, defence, science, medical, motor dealership and general residential and commercial properties.
The ideal candidate will be MRICS or APM qualified with at least 2 years post-qualification experience and will have sufficient confidence and experience to immediately inherit, and take control of, and lead new instructions.
The successful candidate will be reporting directly to the head of the Building Surveying and Project Management departments.
The applicant should be competent in Windows 10 Office suite including Microsoft Project whilst knowledge in Auto Cad is preferable.
All Building Surveyors applying must be able to demonstrate their understanding of RICS Dilapidations and Survey/Homebuyers guidance notes and both Project Managers and Surveyors in administering JCT Contracts from tender stage through to project completion.
