A Successful Project Handover for Motorparks
The project consisted of the refurbishment of a vacated showroom and workshop to enable the relocation of the Motorparks brand from their dated showroom and workshop in the centre of Canterbury.
Primmer Olds B.A.S were involved at the pre-contract stage managing the design team to provide a full design package for our main contractor to cost. The design is headed up by our lead architect Jones AD, with workshop Consultancy Services Ltd on board to cover the workshop elements, showcase and inlead to provide the finishing touches to the showroom.
Works commenced on site in November 2023 and completed in January 2024, all works were under our main contractor Vanguard Contracts Ltd.
The project value was £750,000 which included all the fittings and fixtures to complete the showroom.
Primmer Olds B.A.S project managed the entire project from the pre-contract stage up until completion and undertook the principal designer role during the pre-contract stage.
The Motorparks site team are now in occupation and trading in full.
