Primmer Olds B.A.S acting for the vendor have brokered the sale of a modern office investment on the edge of Southampton. The property provided a secure five year income and was of a modern nature in an attractive courtyard setting with excellent parking.
The building was sold at a yield reflecting circa 8.5% after normal buyer’s costs. Holloway Iliffe acted as joint agent on the sale. Selling agent Duane Walker commented “We received a significant amount of interest due to the relatively high yield. The value was also under-pinned by vacant possession values and strong demand for stock from owner occupiers.”
