Development Site Sold Southampton, Hampshire
Primmer Olds BAS following a marketing campaign last year have sold a former children’s play centre located close to Ocean Village, one of Southampton’s premier residential waterfront locations. The site was marketed and the residential development was sold to a local development company via an option agreement. The site was subsequently granted planning consent for a five storey building to contain 36 flats and B1 offices at ground floor level. The site had potential for increased density reflecting the surrounding buildings and dense central location, which proved attractive to potential buyers.
