Acting for the freehold owners, Primmer Olds BAS advised on
a new ten year lease to Just Remortgages Ltd, an established mortgage broker
who had been operating in the area for circa ten years.
Following completion of the new lease, the investment was sold to a private family investment company looking for a modern high quality building with good income stream to add to their portfolio.
