Office ownership is not dead!
Concerns around demand and ownership of freehold offices have been subject to much debate since the pandemic. Primmer Olds B.A.S have recently agreed terms for the sale of two buildings to owner occupiers and completed the sale of 4 Mill Court, Durley, Hampshire. This was a “barn style” office set within a courtyard in this semi-rural location, but easily accessible to the M27 motorway and nearby towns of Hedge End and Bishops Waltham. There are still business owners who want to own their own property and expanding in this sector.
If you have freehold offices and want to discuss demand, pricing and your next step, please don’t hesitate to contact either George Cook or Duane Walker in Hampshire or Patrick Willis in Dorset.
