A new 15 year lease for the UK’s leading provider of affordable dental care, mydentist, in the affluent market town of Wimborne.
Primmer Olds B.A.S were instructed to act on behalf and assist the estates manager at mydentist in the identification of a suitable dental practice to relocate the business. Working with the specific requirements and following several considerations, terms were agreed on a 10,778 sq. ft. premises at 10 Wimborne Road, Wimborne, East Dorset for a term of 15 years.
mydentist is the UK’s leading provider of affordable dental care with over 530 UK practices and after refurbishments, the additional practice in Wimborne officially opens late Spring 2025.
