Primmer Olds B.A.S are pleased to have completed another retail investment sale in the last month, located in the attractive Georgian market town of Lymington.
Acting on behalf of an ongoing client, Primmer Olds B.A.S were delighted to assist in the disposal of part restaurant, part office, 3 storey commercial unit to a Kent based investment company. The deal showed a strong return for our client and presented longer term “value add” opportunity for the buyer.
The market for high street retail investments is changing but there are still buyers for opportunities and value can still be created for seller clients through effective marketing strategies and good market knowledge.
