Demand Continues for Smaller Local Retail Investments!
Primmer Olds BAS have recently completed the sale of a number of small retail investments in suburban areas of Southampton. Asking price was achieved on a Nisa Local convenience store in Maybush, Southampton recently reflecting a yield of just over 8%. A further small retail investment was sold in Woolston, Southampton located to the west of the city. This saw high levels of demand due to the small lot size at just under £100,000. We are currently selling further properties in the area and have several others coming to the market.
