Primmer Olds B.A.S is delighted to welcome Associate Director, Lauren Robbins to its Building Consultancy Team.
Lauren is an MRICS qualified Building Surveyor and has over fifteen years experience including work for the MOD and Metropolitan Police Portfolios. More recently Lauren has worked in private practices in the City of London supporting the likes of Pension Funds, Large Framework Prop Co’s and High End Corporates and including work on high profile buildings such as The Bank of England and Royal Exchange.
Lauren has a wealth of experience across the Building Consultancy sector with particular expertise and passion for Commercial Surveys, Dilapidations, Contract Administration and Project Management.
This extensive and diverse level of experience and client sectors significantly bolsters Primmer Olds BAS already prominent status within the marketplace amongst existing and new commercial clients alike.
When not at work Lauren is a keen runner being a member of a local running club and having run several marathons. Lauren is passionate about animals and supports a number of animal welfare charities.
