Acting for the original developers of the Barley House Business Park, located at Park Gate close to Junction 9 of the M27, Primmer Olds have sold the freehold of a small modern business unit let to ACL Plastering & Dry-lining.
The sale was completed 'off-market' to private investors and reflected a gross initial yield of approximately 8%.
