Cobham Gate progress update
Following the major pre-let in the spring of 2016 to DPD, road infrastructure and enabling works are now complete at the entrance to Cobham Gate at Cobham Road, Ferndown.
Construction is progressing well for the new DPD unit and the site has been opened up.
Marketing is now fully underway for this major employment site where opportunities exist for tenants and potential owner-occupiers for units from 5,000 sq.ft. upwards.
The new high specification industrial/distribution units are ideally located to serve the regional Bournemouth/Poole conurbation providing excellent access to the A31 linking to the M27 and M3 motorway networks.
Forward funding was provided by “TPIF” a new fund operated by Tritax Limited together with funding from the Growing Places Fund Loan from Dorset Local Enterprise Partnership in respect of road improvements.
The site represents one of the largest employment allocations within East Dorset.
