Our Agency Surveyor
As an introduction to the team here at Primmer Olds B.A.S we plan to tell you about our team members within our news feed.
We would like to introduce one of our most recent Agency members, Luke Umansky as a Agency Surveyor. We interviewed Luke to find out a little more.
Interviewer: 'What is your professional background?’
Luke: 'As a recent graduate I have gained invaluable property experience through undertaking internships programmes within Colliers International and Jones Lang Lasalle. During my time at Colliers I worked within the London Retail Lease Advisory department and Uxbridge Investment Property Management, assisting colleagues with managing large commercial portfolios and building long term relationships with clients. At Jones Lang Laselle I worked within the Nottingham Residential Development department, undertaking an individual project to support the acquisition of strategic land.'
Interviewer: 'What about your role at Primmer Olds B.A.S?’
Luke: 'At Primmer Olds B.A.S my role as a Graduate Surveyor is split between assisting both the Agency and Professional Services departments. I will be predominantly based in Bournemouth, concentrating on all agency and professional work in respect of valuations, rent reviews and lease renewals. As well as assisting my colleagues in the Southampton office when required.'
Interviewer: 'Apart from your work Luke, what else do you enjoy?’
Luke: 'Outside of work I enjoy travelling and getting away as much as I can, having taken recent trips to Vietnam, Thailand and Poland. I also like to think of myself as a sportsman, I have always regularly played football and I try to attend the gym whenever possible. When I’m not being active my time is spent socialising with friends and family, with a few drinks usually included.'
