More City Centre office sales!
Primmer Olds have this month completed the sale of Hyde Housing Association Southampton HQ constructed by them in 2000 and comprising just under 14,000 sq.ft of city centre office accommodation with parking.
The freehold has been sold following an extensive marketing campaign where the building is now likely to be converted to residential use via temporary permitted development rights.
This is a further example of the continuing trend for city centre offices to be converted via the relaxed planning legislation.
There is now a tight window for developers to complete the conversions taking into account the end of the temporary right in May 2016.
