The industrial sector has been the most resilient since the 2007/2008 downturn with demand relatively stable throughout. However, over the past 6-12 months there has been an evident shift which is now resulting in demand seeming to outstrip supply across all grades of stock. Whilst this was already the case for units of 10,000sq.ft+ due to lack of speculative development, it has now become apparent with the medium to smaller stock.
