Grade II Listed Former Church Sold in Southampton
Primmer Olds BAS are pleased to have completed the sale of the former Methodist Church in Burgess Road, Southampton. The property was originally designed by renowned local architect Herbert Collins and built in his Neo Georgian style with support from Rank Hovis at the time.
Director and agent leading the sale, Duane Walker commented, “This was a great building to be involved with and an interesting one to assess and see what possibilities it had for future use. The building was eventually sold to another community group for continued community/religious use.”
