Primmer Olds BAS Bournemouth Office Reinforced by Team Growth
Chartered Surveyor and RICS Registered Valuer Kent Brennan has been promoted to Associate Director in the Professional Services team dealing with commercial property valuation and lease advisory work across the Dorset region. Kent has been with the firm since 2017 and is a vital part of the team working for private clients, local authorities, charities and banks. He has a wealth of experience across the south coast, having previously worked for the Borough of Poole and Hampshire County Council before joining Primmer Olds BAS. The promotion is recognition of his efforts and hard work to establish the firm as a high quality advisor in Dorset.
The team is also strengthened by the addition of Luke Umansky who recently graduated from Nottingham Trent University where he studied for a BSc in Real Estate. Luke has previous property experience, following internships at Jones Lang LaSalle and Colliers International. He is working across a number of commercial agency instructions in the Dorset area covering the local Bournemouth, Christchurch and Poole markets for all the main sectors including retail, offices and industrial. He is also assisting our professional team on Landlord & Tenant matters, as well as Valuation whilst working towards his APC.
